Tisa Ellsworth
Theresa “Tisa” Ellsworth was born in Florence, Arizona, and raised in Casa Grande—where she proudly serves her community both in uniform and on the dance floor. Following in her father’s footsteps, Tisa is a police officer with the City of Casa Grande Police Department, protecting neighbors and tackling everything from serious calls to the occasional runaway cow.
An Air Force veteran and former Nuclear Missile Launch Officer, Tisa thrives on challenge and adventure. When she’s not on patrol, she channels that energy into SHiNE Dance Fitness, where she teaches high-energy classes full of cardio, confidence, and fun.
Tisa shares life with her husband, Chad Rambo, and their blended family of four: step-son Chayse, nine-year-old Keane, and adult children Adrik and Taryn—plus two German Shepherds, Reiko and Killian, who keep things lively at home.
She joined this event to show the human, playful side of law enforcement while supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sun Corridor. Her biggest fear? Forgetting choreography. Her biggest excitement? Dancing for a cause that helps kids thrive.
Her motto says it all: “If you’re not having fun, you’re not doing it right!”
Krisenna Hancock
Returning dance professional Krisenna Hancock has been part of Dancing for Our Stars since its very first season, making each year a meaningful experience. A two-time Mirror Ball winner, she shared, “I love the mission of the Boys & Girls Club and the passion and dedication of everyone involved.” With dance experience beginning at age three, Krisenna brings expertise in gymnastics, jazz, hip-hop, and other styles that have shaped her career. She currently serves as a World Dance and vocal instructor, directs the Amethyst World Dance Company, and produces the Amethyst Dance Festival.
Outside of dance, Krisenna is a devoted wife and mother who balances family life with community involvement. She owns Tiara Connection, an online shop specializing in sashes and crowns, serves on the boards of the Blackbox Theater and The Yoga Recovery and Healing Arts Project, moderates the popular community group CG Chat! ~ Est. 2012, and performs as a vocalist with the Fred Cap Band. Fun fact: She once appeared as a judge on TLC’s Toddlers and Tiaras!
